Hosted on a Raspberry Pi single-board computer, my local copy of Home Assistant is responsible for optimizing our home's energy usage and controlling an ever-growing range of household appliances.
Projects in this area range from automating the garage door to crafting an AI powered magic wand that controls household appliances, with a new project always right around the corner.
Quantum mechanics is a scientific field with lots of untapped potential. Creating more questions than it can answer, the theoretical foundations and practical implications of the domain can make even the biggest minds scratch their heads. Combined with the core concepts of Computer Science, Quantum Mechanics truly has the power to change the world. I love to read about the latest developments in the field as well as experiment with quantum algorithms, so that I can play my part in that Quantum Computing evolution one day.
I have always been fascinated by Artificial Intelligence, so I love to educate myself about the latest tools and techniques. One of my latest projects in this regard is the classification of both speech and movement on an Arduino microcontroller in the Edge Impulse ecosystem.
